Draft for review — not yet effective.

Terms of Service

These draft terms describe authorized use of the Snowberry website, iOS app and supporting services, operated by Sengi AI AB (organization number 559472-2125), c/o Innovation Stable, Uppsala Science Park, 751 83 Uppsala, Sweden. They are not yet effective. Before publication, working contact details and an effective date must be added, and these terms must be checked against your organization’s agreement with Sengi AI AB.

1. Your account and organization

Snowberry is intended for authorized organizational use, not as a service directed at children. Only access workspaces you have permission to use. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not share an account or misuse an invitation. Tell your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your organization controls project membership, access permissions and enabled integrations. It may remove your access or retain organizational records in accordance with applicable law and its policies. Where an organization has a separate agreement with the Snowberry provider, that agreement governs the organization’s use and takes precedence over conflicting provisions here. These terms do not override mandatory legal rights.

2. Your content and permissions

You and the relevant rights holders retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize the processing, storage, copying and transmission needed to provide the features you and your organization use, including sharing relevant content with configured AI providers, execution environments and connected services. This authorization does not replace a separate consent or permission required by law.

Only provide content, personal information, credentials or instructions that you have authority to use and share. Respect confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and your organization’s information-handling rules. Project content may be visible to other authorized project members and administrators.

3. AI responses require human judgment

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe or non-unique results. Independently review responses, generated code and documents before relying on, distributing or executing them. Snowberry is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, or for human judgment in decisions that materially affect people.

Output may contain material subject to third-party rights. No exclusive ownership or non-infringement guarantee is made solely because output was generated by AI. Rights and responsibilities relating to model output are also subject to applicable provider terms and your organization’s agreement.

4. Agents and connected tools can take actions

Depending on project configuration, agents can execute code in remote environments, create or change files and databases, interact with Google Drive or MCP services, send email and notify project members. Actions can have consequences outside Snowberry and may not be reversible. Do not assume every action requires a separate approval prompt.

Administrators should grant only the permissions needed for the intended work, review recipient and folder restrictions, and monitor enabled automations. You are responsible for the instructions you are authorized to give. Connecting a service does not grant rights to information or actions that you otherwise lack. Third-party services have their own terms, availability and data-handling practices.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Snowberry for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation or infringement.
  • Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade permissions or extract other users’ secrets.
  • Do not use email, webhooks, notifications or other tools for spam or abusive contact.
  • Do not submit restricted or sensitive information unless your organization has approved the use and the relevant processing arrangements.
  • Do not interfere with service operation or bypass usage and security restrictions.

Report suspected misuse, harmful content or security concerns to your organization’s administrator and the Snowberry support contact once published. We may investigate and restrict access or remove content where necessary to protect people, the service or legal rights, subject to applicable law and the organization’s agreement.

6. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy describes the information processed by Snowberry and its connected services. You can manage available notification and native diagnostics settings. Disabling push notifications does not stop necessary account or security communications through other channels.

Notification previews and messages sent to external recipients can reveal information outside your workspace. Keep notification text appropriate for a lock screen and review email recipients and attachments before authorizing a workflow that sends them.

7. Availability, changes and ending access

Features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, security measures, connectivity or third-party service failures. Unless your organization’s agreement provides otherwise, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintain appropriate independent copies of important work where your organization permits it.

You can stop using Snowberry. Signing out, deleting the app or losing project access does not by itself delete your account or shared organizational records. You can delete your account from Account → Delete Account in iOS after confirming your password. Your organization’s workspaces and shared content remain. Sole project owners and sole super admins must assign another person to that role first. Other data-deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy, applicable law and the organization’s instructions.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

The allocation of service responsibilities and any limitations of liability are governed by your organization’s applicable agreement and the law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not authorize unlawful processing of personal information.

9. Contact and updates

Contact Sengi AI AB at c/o Innovation Stable, Uppsala Science Park, 751 83 Uppsala, Sweden. Before publication: add monitored support/privacy email addresses. The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions, if needed, must be reviewed against the organization’s agreement and applicable mandatory law rather than inferred from the software.

A published version will state its effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and the organization’s agreement. Registration records your agreement to the linked Terms, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and separate permission to share information for AI processing; merely visiting these pages does not.
